You must be the sole authorized user of your account. Sharing access with family members, friends, or other players—even temporarily—violates these terms. If ey777 detects account sharing, all linked accounts may be closed.
Account Closure & Reactivation
You may request to close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. Closing your account does not automatically forfeit your balance; you may withdraw remaining funds according to our withdrawal policy, provided your account is fully verified.
A closed account may be reactivated within 30 days upon request. After 30 days, the account is archived and cannot be reactivated; a new account must be created. Any balance remaining after 12 months of inactivity may be transferred to responsible gaming funds.
