ey777 Responsible Gaming

Our Commitment to Safe Gaming

At ey777, we believe online gaming should be entertaining and never financially harmful. We're committed to protecting players across Bangladesh by providing transparent tools, setting clear boundaries, and maintaining the highest standards of player safety. Responsible gaming is not just a policy—it's the foundation of how we operate.

Our mission is to offer a fun, secure environment where players can enjoy casino games, sports betting, and crash games with confidence. We invest in education, support systems, and technology to ensure every player can enjoy their experience safely and within their means.

Player Protection Tools at ey777

ey777 gives you complete control over your gaming activity with built-in tools accessible from your account dashboard.

Real-Time Account Monitoring

Your ey777 dashboard shows your total deposits, withdrawals, playtime, and net win/loss for any time period. Check your account anytime to track spending patterns and stay aware of your activity. This transparency helps you make informed decisions about your play.

Session Time Reminders

Set alerts that notify you after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of play. These gentle reminders help prevent extended play sessions without breaks. You can customize reminder intervals in your account settings and receive notifications via in-game pop-ups.

Reality Check Feature

During play, you can request a pop-up showing your session duration and net win/loss. This instant snapshot helps you assess where you stand and decide whether to continue or step away. Reality checks are available free of charge and can be triggered anytime.

Set Your Deposit & Spending Limits

Deposit limits are the most effective way to manage your gambling budget. ey777 lets you set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits, and these limits take effect immediately.

How to Set Limits

1. Log into your ey777 account and go to "Account Settings."
2. Click "Deposit Limits" and select daily, weekly, or monthly.
3. Enter your chosen amount in BDT and confirm.
4. The limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased until the period ends.

If you reach your limit, you'll see a message and won't be able to deposit further until the period resets. Lowering a limit takes effect right away; raising one may require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Self-Exclusion & Account Suspension

If you feel you need a break from gaming, ey777 offers self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent account closure.

Temporary Self-Exclusion

Exclude yourself for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During this period, you cannot log in, deposit, or play. Your account remains active but inaccessible. After the period ends, your account automatically reactivates, or you can contact support to reopen it sooner (subject to a 24-hour wait).

Permanent Self-Exclusion

Choose permanent closure if you wish to stop gaming indefinitely. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum of five years. Your account will be completely locked, all funds forfeited to ey777, and you will not be able to create a new account during this period. We will honor your request to be listed on international self-exclusion registries.

How to Self-Exclude

1. Go to "Account Settings" → "Self-Exclusion."
2. Select your preferred exclusion period.
3. Confirm your request via email verification.
4. Your exclusion takes effect within one hour.
